Welcome to Cornerstone Kennels; CK Minis breeder of AKC registered miniature dachshunds in all coat types, for the conformation ring and family companion. Here at CK Minis we strive for the best mini possible, with conformation and temperment on the top of the list. Each one of our dogs are family raised with children and subjected to all possible surroundings and environments, with lots of love and care. Each puppy is family raised inside of our house to make sure that they get the best care, and need that a developing puppy needs. Each puppy gets lots of play time and socialization with the other dachshunds so they are socialized with other dogs. All of our puppies are sold on a spay/neuter contract unless other arrangements have been made ahead of time. We are a small kennel that dedicates our time and care to the breed, due to this, we have a limited amount of litters a year that are carefuly planned and thought out. By doing this we are able to watch our puppies grow and know that they will go to loving caring homes. Where quality counts more than quantity.

Our puppies come with AKC registration papers which allows you to enter them in any AKC event other than conformation, unless other arrangements have been made for full registration.

How God Made Dachshunds

God made a little dachsie to brighten up our day. He took a bit of sunshine-laughter,love, and play, and rolled it up in a sausage shape just right for a hug, with bright eyes full of mischief set in its little mug. With little paws a pattering, to take it here and there- and a cold wet nose, but then He thought. Oh, what about the hair Shall I make it long and silky, or wiry, that's so sweet. Or make it simple, and have it smooth and satiny and neat? And what about the color? How can I pick just one? Shall it be black, or red, or brown or dappled, just for fun? He pondered while He made the world, and all creatures great and small. And then the answer came to him. OF COURSE! I'll make them ALL! So remember that a dachshund is special, from above. His coat of many colors is a sign of God's great love.
